Week One Weigh-In!

This morning, I dragged myself out of bed and stumbled blindly passed the coffeepot directly to the scale. The moment of reckoning had arrived. Is this insane, space-age-miracle food too good to be true? Could I have actually gained weight? After all, I feel like I've been eating pasta and chocolate every day for the last week.

Time to face up.

And the scale saaaaaaays . . ..

I lost 3 pounds!!!

Woohoo! This is not really a huge loss, but considering the time of month and lack of regular workouts lately -- I am officially pleased, and now more eager than ever to see what a month of this crazy plan will do!
